Provide immediate emergency assistance and support to families and individuals affected by disasters including house fires, floods, and severe weather events. Respond to emergency calls and e-mails within 24 hours to assess needs and deliver critical services including information regarding temporary shelter, food, clothing, and mental health support.
Supervised and managed the planning and implementation of events and programs provided by USO Kinser. Worked directly with the United States Military, local military base leadership, and the military community to provide outreach that connects service members and their dependents to family, home, and country. Lead and managed volunteers focusing on their volunteer career development throughout their time abroad in Okinawa, Japan.
Planned and instructed English as a Second Language private lessons and group classes to non-English native speakers ranging from elementary aged children to adults. Utilized both audio and visual didactic resources to aid students in developing their language skills.

Executed outreach plans and events to further spread the word and mission of the American Red Cross.
